The speculation is over. The 2011 edition of ITIL has been released and we can all now have a look at the changes that have taken place since the last release in 2007. The publishers of ITIL have explained that the purpose of the update was clarification, and that "the core ITIL process areas and principles will not change significantly," but what does it mean?
