ITSM Self Assessment Tool
Use the IT Service Management Self Assessment Tool to gain a high level view of process maturity
in each of the ITIL Service Management disciplines. Upon completion of the assessment
recommendations for improvement will be made. It is recommended that a more detailed assessment
be employed before implementing an improvement programme.
