THIRD SKY ACQUIRES CCN's IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT/ITILŪ BUSINESS

Combination Will Significantly Expand Third Sky's ITILŪ Education Delivery Capabilities and IT Service Management Thought Leadership

Boston, MA - July 2, 2007 Third Sky, Inc. (Third Sky), a full service provider of IT Service Management solutions, announced today a definitive agreement to buy CCN's IT Service Management consulting and ITILŪ training and education business for an undisclosed amount.

As part of the agreement, Lou Hunnebeck, CCN's ITSM Practice Director, and CCN's industry-recognized team of account mangers and masters instructors will join Third Sky's industry-recognized team of consultants.

Third Sky will now be able to offer it's extensive capabilities in IT Service Management process consulting and technology solutions to former CCN customers. The addition of the CCN education staff will also bring a deeper level of capability to Third Sky's existing customers.

CCN will now focus on it's core business of IT workforce and talent management solutions, which represents approximately 80 percent of the firm's business.
