Senior Consultant
Are you an IT consultant that takes pride in satisfying the client? Do you

Third Sky is looking for a senior consultant to join our team. We are looking
for the right candidate that wants to help build a leading consulting company.
Responsibilities

Lead customers through the solution implementation process.

Assisting customers with business process design and advising customers of best
practices.

Facilitate design sessions
-
Document design
-
Implement custom software and/or customize packaged software
-
Build integrations between systems
-
Data conversions
-
Unit and system testing
-
Support user testing
-
Conduct training
-
Perform go live and post go live support.

Project management
Requirements
-
3+ years experience implementing Help Desk or CRM software packages including
technical skills associated with installing, configuring and customizing these
packages.

3+ years experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.

2+ years experience managing your own projects and interacting directly with
the customer
-
Good communication and writing skills
-
Interested in learning new technologies and industry best practices.

Can-do attitude
Definite Pluses
-
Detailed knowledge of ITSM and ITIL. Candidates with ITIL Foundation
Certificate or better are highly desirable.

Experience with FrontRange HEAT and/or iET Solutions (formerly Applix) software
products.

Experience in small company or start-up environment.
Location
Preferably in the Greater Boston area but willing to consider the right
candidate from any US/Canada location. If not in the Greater Boston area,
candidates may work remotely. Local candidates may work from home on a
part-time basis, but are encouraged to work in our Brighton office. Candidate
may be required to travel up to 50% of the time.
