Building an Effective Service Catalog Workshop - Virtual

This workshop provides an interactive learning experience in which participants gain deeper hands-on experience in real-to-life steps of creating a service catalog:

  • creating a service catalog framework
  • identifying services based on business processes
  • writing customer-friendly service descriptions
  • and planning your service catalog initiative.


Students will receive a copy of the slides and artifacts produced in the workshop including Third Sky’s Service Description template. Foundation certification recommended.

Pricing

Price: $695 per seat.
