This course focuses on business, management and supervisory objectives, purpose, processes, functions and activities and on the interfaces and interactions between the processes addressed in the ITIL books.
The course allows participants to deepen and broaden their knowledge of the issues, competencies and techniques for an integrated approach to IT Service Management and the Service Lifecycle.

The session utilizes a learning approach that employs formal instruction, group and individual exercises and review activities to deepen and broaden participants’ comprehension of the material. The course is typically delivered over a 5 day period with the fifth day focused on review, exam preparation and the administering of the examination.
