Third Sky is looking for a technical consultant that has experience implementing ITSM software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through the solution implementation process
• Assist customers with business process design and advise customers of best practices
• Facilitate and document Requirements Definition and Design sessions
• Implement (including configuring and customizing) packaged enterprise software applications
• Build integrations and migrate data between systems
• Conduct unit and system testing
• Support user testing
• Deliver application and process training
• Perform go-live and post production support.
• Provide project management skills to client engagements
• Support the sales process through participation in client discovery sessions

Requirements

• ITIL v3 Foundations Certification
• 2+ years experience implementing ITIL® / ITSM or Help Desk software packages, with the technical skills associated with installing, configuring and customizing these packages
• 2+ years experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle
• 2+ years experience managing your own projects and interacting directly with customers
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Interest in learning new technologies and industry best practices
• Can-do attitude
